Return Policy

RETURN POLICY AND TERMS

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, send it back for exchange or refund within 10 days from the date you receive it. Returns must be in pristine, unworn new condition with original tags and packaging.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable merchandise credit.

Email – stacie@belleandbowequestrian.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and a ship to address. Items must be accompanied by your order RA#. 

Please note, the cost to ship an item for return / exchange is the customer's responsibility. If the item is an exchange, Belle & Bow will ship the exchanged item (s) to the customer in the Continental US via standard shipping without any charge to the customer. Exchanged items will not be shipped until the original items is received and accepted. 

Belle & Bow Can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through our website.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier it is no longer the responsibility of Belle & Bow Equestrian. Lost or stolen packages will not be replaced or refunded by Belle & Bow. 

All Sale items and items shipped outside the US are final sale.
